If I could I would give them 0 stars. Absolutely horrible and irresponsible law firm. I filed my... husbands spousal sponsorship with them and paid the fees in full. The consultant Qaiser. Filed the case on my behalf. 1) did not check the documents correctly and did not double check if all documents were included- missed a document and case was returned.2) attached the documents incorrectly and the case was denied as he attached the wrong papers with the wrong signatures3) case was finally submitted 6 months after the company was paid. If I had questions about the process- I was told “ book a consultation for 250 if u want to speak to me. After I submit my job is done”4) case was done and approved. The office moved from their location- did not update my client profile. The PR card was shipped to their office but since they did not update the address it was sent to their old office and the PR card is now lost.The entire team is irresponsible and rude they do not have any consideration for people’s documents and time. They are not trustable to handle your matters cuz after they take ur money any issue is not their problem. I have filed a police complaint against them for stolen card, cuz IRCC HAS CONFIRMED that it was delivered to their office and it is considered stolen. Save yourself and your money. Do not ever hire themread more
